Bought it in a weak moment when I would buy something else on the inet. It is pretty well in hand and I was already a fan of the wheel. The problem is that it is not accurate enough. It may have to do with the unusual placement of the sensor (on the right edge during ringfinget). I have to constantly follow the cursor with the eyes to get the your I want. + Small + Beauties -Poor as a mouse
Affordable and quite comfortable. Smoothly with many programmable buttons and Logitech's SetPoint software is easy to use and change settings in. A minus is that the button at the top of the mouse, to allow the scroll wheel to switch between spin freely and in steps, hooks up sometimes and needed a pair, or many attempts to make it work again.
I've had my Logitech M705 in 1.5-2 years and am very pleased with it! I usually never turn off the power switch on the bottom but have so far never had to replace the batteries.
The biggest problem with this mouse is that the sensor is at the right edge (the little finger), as opposed to the standard that is underneath or to the left. You might not believe this has much to say for use, but for a mouse, where a movement of 1/2 inch equals half screen height have a lot to say. Are you accustomed to the sensor located on the left side or underneath, this mouse is not responding moves the way you are used to. A rotation to the right, for example. not moving the mouse so much, where it would previously have moved through a small arc. In addition, it is a little too big and heavy for my taste, which leads to high friction against the surface. This gives me results in lower accuracy and a little jerky movements. For my part, this mouse so bad that I will have to buy another.
Super Happy with M705. Comfortable to hold, comfortable to click with. The only thing I'm not really happy with that scroll in neutral, it is too sensitive and can easily roll by itself. Would have enjoyed a little more resistance.
